Unseen letters from Tolkien.

Er...does that infringe copyright posting a whole letter?

Neat find though where did you come across this?

Tolkien's handwriting isn't as bad as its reputation suggests he certainly has quite a flowery style (though I suppose a relatively recent letter written to a fan would be easier to read than a battered sheet of Elvish Grammatical notes from the 1920's for instance).

I'm not sure if that is an published letter or not, but I recognize a few phrases.
