Great in 3D
Great special effects,
but unfortunatly an average film.
yeah shame I thought it might be like that. Isnt Eddie Redmayne in it?
Never heard of him.

I could watch the RLM guys and bungo make fun of Boyhood all day.
Re: Seen any good films lately? [3]
It is pretty entertaining.
Unlike the film in question...

by the way Seventh Son wasn't too bad... it wasn't great and could have been better but it wasn't horrible IMO

(I havent seen it yet, just some of the stuff thats its been accused of Ive read about)
Having heard stories from people who have actually been there ( I have a cousin over there for her 3rd time now)... NOPE! The people over there for the most part live up to the stereotype from everything I have been told. It was however a damn good movie IMO

I watched "Flash of Genius" the other day, its about Robert Kearns & his windscreen wiper invention & how FORD screwed him over. I dunno, some people are money mad & relentless.
Ford screwed alot of people over, my great grandfather designed the modern battery system (the way it was wired originally was in the back of the vehicle with very thick wire to bring the charge forward and did not hold a charge very long) Henry Ford gave my great grandfather $1000 dollars back in the day for the idea and then patented it after seeing the idea on one of my great grandfathers tractors while he was driving it in the dark. Great Grandpa had his battery in the front with very thin wiring and it held a charge MUCH longer than the system Ford had. I've heard the story thousands of times and have seen the "contract" that was drawn up and notarized and signed by both my Great grandfather and Henry Ford. Something that I am very proud of and always will be.
I just wish my family had opted for a piece of the profits but I don't think that offer was ever on the table sadly enough.

It's a shame to see an opportunity like that slip away. I think that happens a lot: if someone in big business offers you what looks like a decent amount of money for something, think long and hard before you sign away ownership.

agreed... back then $1000 dollars would have been like a few million esp in the poor community where my family lived

Wow, thats a story to be proud off Sin, such a shame companies can grow big on the backs of people who DO have the ideas & then, have the growing power to shit on everyone willy nilly when it suits them, AND have the bare faced cheek to claim all the credit Goes to show I guess, you gotta be a bigger bitch & one step ahead.

I invented something once but didn't know how to patent it or make a prototype, so I gave up. Too lazy. If somebody wants my idea and are prepared to make the damn thing when you make millions give me a cut.
