NFL season has started. Watched the Packers vs. the Seahawks the other night. I hung my head in shame as Rodgers had a clear path for a first down and was two yards away, but ended up throwing the ball away. And that was the least of their blunders.

Going to watch the Vikings vs. Rams tomorrow.

Thats quite a handy reference map. I am never sure where teams are from and who supports who.

Vikings actually won. But they have some tough opponents in the next few weeks.

It's pretty neat, yeah. I find it funny that the Raiders are not the most popular team in their home Oakland, right across the bay from San Francisco and the 49ers) but they're still the top choice in LA, a city they left 20 years ago.

Anyway, this was a pretty embarrassing and frustrating weekend of football as both a Ravens fan and Cowboys fan.  Hopefully things will get better, but both teams have deep-seated issues, so I'm expecting another set of mediocre seasons from them.  Also, I'm glad Ray Rice was fired, but it's pretty ludicrous that the Ravens or the league expect us to believe that they were surprised by the content of the most recent video (and that's assuming they hadn't actually seen it before, which I don't).  Although it is weird since the league just recently announced a set of escalating penalties for domestic violence, which they're now ignoring. I guess it's just damage control.

Totally forgot Eldo is a cowboys fan.

I think the league was just biding time until more pressure was put on them. They'd probably already seen or were aware of the elevator video.

Unfortunately it is not, my lack of interest in the sport is the main motive for my disdain. Besides, I grew up in Minnesota so I probably would have to support the Twins or something. Maybe that's baseball.
Good try though, I vaguely remember upset fans two years ago, as you say there are a lot of them out here.
